Susan L. Ellison

Susan Ellison concentrates her practice in the areas of complex family law matters including divorce, post-divorce modification, paternity, property division (including water and mineral rights), child custody, parental rights, parenting time, parenting schedules, visitation, child support, alimony, spousal support and maintenance, adoption, minor guardianships, third-party custody and grandparent custody and visitation.  She is also a qualified family law mediator in North Dakota and Minnesota and listed on the roster of neutrals in both states.
