A new attorney has joined the team at Ohnstad Twichell law firm in Casselton.
Jenna McPherson, Ayr, joined attorney Delvin Losing April 20 where she will be specializing in probate estate administration and estate planning.
The 2017 UND School of Law graduate hails from Rogers, Minn. She attended undergrad at NDSU where she obtained a degree in Criminal Justice.
After graduating from law school she focused on estate and administrative probate in the rural communities within Traill County.
McPherson is proud to be a part of the Ohnstad Twichell team and providing exceptional legal services to the community and surrounding area.
“I am looking forward to learning as much as I can from Attorney Delvin Losing as he has vast experience in the areas of law that I am interested in practicing.”
McPherson also plans to emulate Losing’s high level of community involvement.
“Del also has a strong personal connection to the Casselton community. I look forward to making that connection also.”
McPherson will be commuting to Casselton from her farm near Ayr where her husband Tucker farms and raises cattle.
The couple enjoys spending time with their 8 month-old son as well as other family and friends and their two Mastiff dogs.
Even though she is not a Casselton resident she recognizes that community involvement is a core value at Ohnstad Twichell and plans to actively participate in community events.
Attorney Del Losing said Jenna is a welcome addition to the firm.
“It will be really nice to have another attorney in the office for a number of reasons, for example, if I can’t make it to a meeting or as backup in general. But it is especially exciting to have Jenna, someone from the local area, here and to have access to the experience she brings.”
